We are looking forward to our upcoming Annual General Meeting on April 24, 2025, where one of the key agenda items will be the election of directors to the Board.
In accordance with the BC Societies Act and our bylaws, we are now accepting nominations for individuals to serve on the Board of Directors. Directors play an essential role in the governance and strategic direction of our organization.
Interested in being nominated?
If you are a current member in good standing and would like to nominate yourself or another member, please submit the following information by April 10, 2025.
- Full name of nominee
- A brief statement of interest or background (optional)
- Confirmation that the nominee is willing to stand for election and serve on the board for the 2025/2026 year

Current Board Members.
The current members of the Board have indicated they are willing to continue serving, subject to election at the AGM. However, we welcome additional nominations from the membership, in keeping with our commitment to open and transparent governance.
Election Process
If the number of nominees is equal to or fewer than the number of available positions, those nominated will be elected by acclamation at the AGM. If there are more nominees than available positions, we will conduct an election during the meeting.
